The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days. If there are customs delays and the package is held within the United States, this time until release is not counted as part of the delivery timeframe. We take care to choose suppliers who, in addition to offering great prices and quality, also expedite shipping times. After the stipulated timeframe, we recommend that you contact USPS to clarify the reason for the delay. If USPS does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If it is confirmed that there is a logistical issue with your order, we will issue a FULL refund for your purchase immediately after completing these verification steps. The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. If your order was placed using the Bank Slip option, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
